MATCHA + COCONUT MILKSHAKE

- Ingredients Scale 1x2x3x 1 cup Silk Nutchello Toasted Coconut & Cashew Milk or unsweetened coconut Milk 1 large frozen banana 2 teaspoons matcha a few ice cubes, optional optional garnish toasted coconut flakes or shredded coconut dark chocolate shavings or cacao nibs
Preparation
- Instructions Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve topped with optional garnish. Enjoy and savor each sip! NOTES: If using unsweetened coconut milk, add 1 – 2 dates, chopped and seeds removed, to sweeten. Or add a drizzle of pure maple syrup, about 1 teaspoon, before blending.
