Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies

- Ingredients 250g ground almonds 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 125ml grapeseed oil 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 125ml agave nectar 150g dark chocolate chips 73%
Preparation
- Preparation Makes about 24 cookies. Method Combine all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Then stir together the wet ingredients in a smaller bowl. Mix the wet ingredients into dry. Form ½ inch balls and press onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 180°c for 7-10 minutes. Cool and serve!
