Vegan Ploughman’s Lunch
Ingredients
- Some lovely fresh bread (locally baked is best)
- Cherry tomatoes on the vine
- Carrots, cut into sticks
- Celery, cut into sticks
- Pickled onions
- Branston Pickle
- Vegan Cheddar Cheese
- Cheese and Onion or Salt and Vinegar crisps for that traditional pub feel
Preparation
- Method
Take one big plate
Wash the veggies and slice as desired
Cut the cheddar cheese into blocks
Set out on the big plate
Serve and eat!
