Super Simple Brownies

Ingredients

  • Ingredients 50g ground almonds 10g pea protein powder 1 tsp vanilla extract 20g dried cranberries (optional) 50g chopped medjool dates 2 tsp agave or rice syrup 100g melted dark chocolate

Preparation

  • Method Mix the following together in a bowl or blend in a food processor: ground almonds, chopped medjool dates, pea protein, agave or rice syrup and vanilla extract. Melt the dark chocolate and add in the cranberries. Form onto a tray to set for 20 mins. Slice into 6 pieces and serve.
