Overnight Mango and Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • Ingredients 2 tbsp chia seeds 2 tsp peanut butter 1 mango sliced and the juice 150ml almond (or other dairy alternative) milk

Preparation

  • Preparation These puddings take less than 5 minutes to make, but they need to be refrigerated overnight. If you like your desserts a little sweeter, 1 tbsp agave syrup would work well.   Method This recipe is for two servings Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir until well-combined Divide the mixture into two glasses Cover with cling film and place in the fridge overnight Now go to bed and dream of the delicious dessert you’ll be eating tomorrow!
