Fig and Date Smoothie
Ingredients
- Ingredients 4 figs 5 dried dates 1/2 cup water 1/2 banana 1/2 cup soy yoghurt (yogurt) 1 tbsp. Pulsin pea protein powder (or your favorite protein powder)
Preparation
- Method Wash the figs and remove the stems. Now, add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
