Bulhão Pato Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • Ingredients 1 cup of olive oil 8 shopped garlic gloves 250 g of sliced mushrooms of your preference 1/2 cup of white wine 1 red chilli 1 bunch of coriander 1 tea spoon of salt 1 lemon

Preparation

  • Method Makes 6 portions Put all the ingredients (except the lemon) in a pan following the order above. Cover it and cook it at medium temperature for about 10-15 minutes.
