6 medium strawberries
10 raspberries
5 cherries, stones removed
1 cup of homemade almond milk (or other nut milk)

Method
Add the milk and fruit to the blender.
Blend for 10 seconds, pause and give it another 10-15 second blitz to make sure you’ve mixed all of the fruit thoroughly.
