Breakfast waffles with fruit and maple syrup
Ingredients
- Ingredients 350 g flour 1 tbsp baking soda 1 pinch of salt 750 ml Provamel Coconut Almond (or similar) 80 ml orange juice 80 ml groundnut oil plus some extra for baking 1 tbsp vanilla extract maple syrup red fruits
Preparation
- Method Mix the flour, baking soda, salt and Provamel Coconut almond drink, orange juice, oil and vanilla to a homogenous mass. Heat the waffle iron and grease it with some oil. Bake the waffles until they are golden brown. Serve with fruit and maple syrup.
