Zingy Avocado on Toast

- Ingredients 4 slices multi-grain bread 2 avocados, ready to eat 5 tbsp Alpro Plain soya alternative to Greek style yogurt 1 tsp chilli flakes 3 tsp lemon juice Pepper and a pinch of salt
Preparation
- Preparation Toast the bread Peel, stone and mash the avocado flesh with the lemon juice Add the Alpro Plain soya alternative to Greek Style yogurt and chilli flakes, season to taste and stir until everything’s well mixed Spread the avocado chilli mix on the toast, sprinkled with some extra chilli flakes, if you like it hot!
