Caffé Mocha and Pistachio Truffles

- Ingredients 2 tablespoons soya single cream 4 Nākd Caffé Mocha bars, roughly chopped 50g shelled pistachio nuts, roughly chopped
Preparation
- Preparation Makes: 14-16 truffles Preparation time: 15 minutes Method Place the cream in a small saucepan and add the chopped Nākd Caffé Mocha bars Stir over a gentle heat, until the Nākd Caffé Mocha bars start to melt Remove from the heat once the Nākd Caffé Mocha bars has melted and place in a food processor Blitz the mixture until it binds together and then roll the mixture into 16 small truffles Place the pistachios on a plate and roll each truffle into the nuts Chill until ready to eat
