Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- Ingredients 125 g spelt flour 1 tsp baking powder 1 pinch of baking soda 4 tsp cacao powder 1 pinch of salt 50 g finely chopped dates 100 ml soya milk 75 ml groundnut oil 1 tsp vanilla sugar 40 g 80% dark chocolate, coarsely chopped
Preparation
- Preparation Makes 16 Cookies. Preheat the oven to 180°C.  Method Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Scoop 16 teaspoons of dough on a paper lined baking tin. Put in the oven for 10 minutes. Let them cool.
