Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Ingredients 170ml of GROUNDEDĀ® Choc PROTEIN M*lkshake (or your preferred vegan chocolate milkshake) 175g self-raising flourĀ  1 tsp melted coconut oil Ā  1 tsp chia seedsĀ  Optional 1 tbsp. cacao powderĀ Ā  Drizzle maple syrup Fresh berries to decorateĀ 

Preparation

  • Method Stir all the ingredients (except the berries and syrup) together to form a smooth, thick batterĀ  Melt a little coconut oil in a pan over a medium heatĀ  Once warm, spoon a large tablespoon of the batter into the panĀ  Cook on one side for 3-4 minutes then flipĀ  Drizzle with maple syrup & top with fresh berriesĀ Ā
