Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
- Ingredients 1 cauliflower 6 cloves of garlic Olive oil Salt Pepper Mixed herbs
Preparation
- Method Cut the cauliflower from top to bottom in 1 inch thick slices, then lay the slices out on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Peel the garlic cloves and place them among the cauliflower. Sprinkle the cauliflower with a pinch each of salt and pepper, and 2 pinches of mixed herbs, making sure that each piece of cauliflower gets some. Drizzle olive oil over each piece of cauliflower, then roast in the oven for 25 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
